  • After Shipping: Cancellations are subject to return shipping fees and restocking fees unless due to product defects or damage during shipping.

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most products, as long as items are unused and in original packaging.

  • We do not encourage returns unless the item is damaged in transit or defective.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return.

  • UF Nexus series products come with a 10-year structural warranty.

  • Return requests for reasons not related to quality or damage may incur shipping and restocking charges.

We currently ship to select countries. Shipping costs and times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. UnicaFurn is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
