Yes, the prices listed on our website are all-inclusive. All applicable taxes, customs duties, and fees are included in the final price, so you won’t encounter any hidden charges upon delivery.

If the product you purchase is over 10KG+, we will use Mason Express.

If you only purchase accessories(except for UF Nexus File Storage Cabinet) or children's toys like UF Listen to Mom Stool & UF Rest by Me Stool, we will use air transportation, 4px.

2. Express Delivery: Our orders typically arrive within 20 days.
3. 4PX air freight, usually within 7-14 days.

Everything is perfectly on track! Because our furniture ships via ocean freight from the Port of Hong Kong, your order undergoes customs clearance for the first 4–7 days before the vessel departs.

The tracking number we send you is for the local domestic carrier (UPS, FedEx, DPD, Purolator) that handles final delivery after the ship lands and clears customs in your destination country (which takes 1–2 business days). Until the ship arrives and the local carrier physically scans your packages at their port facility, the status will simply show "Label Created."

If you'd like to track the physical cargo ship carrying your package in real-time, just reply to your shipping email and we'll gladly send you the vessel's name and tracking URL!

This comes down to the carrier's automated system. Here is our end-to-end shipping process:

1.Order placed 2. Packaged & Shipped 3. Delivered to Port & Loaded 4. Vessel departs & Carrier generates tracking number 5. Arrival at destination port & Customs clearance 6. Local carrier scans & moves cargo 7. Delivery.

As soon as a tracking number is generated at Step 4, carrier systems automatically apply standard industry timelines to estimate transit time from the arrival port to your doorstep. However, because your cargo is still at sea, this automated date isn't perfectly accurate yet. Please rely on our official shipping timelines for the truest estimate.

If you receive your order and find that the size isn't quite right or you're unsatisfied for any reason, you have up to 365 days to initiate a return or exchange. Simply contact us to express your concerns. We're here to ensure your satisfaction.
