We take pride in designing modular furniture that’s meant to live with you for years to come. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help—within reason and with respect for product quality and integrity.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipping
Free cancellation. Please contact our support team at [service@unicafurn.com] with your order number. You’ll receive a confirmation within 24 hours.
After Shipping, Not Yet Delivered
Orders may still be canceled, but return shipping fees will apply based on product category:

$100 ~ $150 for large furniture (tables, sofas, cabinets)

$50 ~ $100 for modular Nexus systems
-
$20 for accessories (shelves, stools, hardware)

2. Order Modification
Before Shipping
Modifications are allowed free of charge. Please email us within 24 hours of order placement.
After Shipping
No changes can be made once the order has shipped.
3. Returns & Exchanges
We do not recommend returns unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or differs significantly from its description. However, we do accept returns within 90 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Return Fees:

Customers are responsible for return shipping.

A 20% restocking fee will apply for non-defective returns.
Non-returnable conditions:

Items with visible wear, scratches, or stains not caused by shipping.

Custom-painted or made-to-order items.
4. Warranty Policy
UF Nexus Series:
We offer a 10-Year Structural Warranty on all UF Nexus modular components, including panels, connectors, and support tubing. This covers material defects, construction failures, and non-user-induced structural issues.
All Other Products:
Covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against material or manufacturing defects.
5. Return for Quality Issues
If your item arrives damaged or has a quality issue:

Include clear photos or videos of the issue.

For functional or structural defects verified by our team, we will offer:

Replacement parts (free of charge)

Full replacement

Or full refund (if necessary)

Minor cosmetic imperfections on hidden areas or due to packaging are not eligible for return or refund.
6. Packaging & Returns
All returns must include:

The original packaging

All accessories (legs, screws, manuals, etc.)

New and slightly used products, resaleable condition
If repackaging is required, we can provide packaging for a fee:

$100 for large items

$20 - $50 for small modular units & sofa & chairs & stools & table & cart & shelf & trash can & containers
7. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank to process the transaction.
